2. Socializing: In some cultures, saunas are a social experience where people chat, spend time with friends or family, and enjoy each other's company.

3. Silence and Meditation: Many individuals use saunas as a peaceful space for meditation or quiet reflection. The heat and solitude can be very calming.

4. Cooling Off: It's common to take breaks from the heat by stepping outside the sauna to cool off, perhaps with a cold shower or a dip in a cold pool.

5. Hydration: Staying hydrated is essential in a sauna. People often drink water or other beverages to prevent dehyd.ration.

WE HAVE NAMED OUR FOUR VILLAS AFTER THE FOUR OF THE BIGGEST STARS, SIRIUS, REGULUS, CAPELLA AND VEGA. ALL THESE STARS CAN BE SEEN SHINING IN THE SKY NEXT TO THE NORTH STAR.

SIRIUS

Beneath a sky painted with twilight hues, I gazed up at the heavens, my eyes fixated on a single, brilliant star - Sirius. This celestial beauty, the brightest in our night sky, has captivated the hearts of stargazers for centuries. Its name, derived from Greek, means "glowing" or "scorching," a fitting description for a star that shines so fiercely.

REGULUS

In the depths of the night, my eyes were drawn to the shimmering brilliance of the star Regulus. This celestial gem, situated in the constellation Leo, has a unique story to tell.

Regulus, also known as Alpha Leonis, is one of the brightest stars in our night sky. Its name is derived from the Latin word "rex," meaning ‘king’’ or ‘ruler’, thus the bynames the "Little King" or "Heart of the Lion." This star's association with royalty is not just in its name; it's a part of the celestial jungle, the regal heart of Leo the Lion.

CAPELLA

Capella, the captivating twin-star of the Auriga constellation, shines brilliantly in the winter night sky.

This dazzling celestial duo known as Alpha Aurigae stands as one of the brightest stars in the northern hemisphere. The name, "Capella," is derived from Latin, meaning "she-goat," representing the nanny goat Amalthea from Greek mythology who nurtured the infant Zeus.

VEGA

Vega, the luminous jewel of the summer sky, has been a guiding light for countless dreamers and stargazers.

This brilliant star, known as Alpha Lyrae, resides in the constellation Lyra, the harp. Vega's name is derived from an Arabic word, "waqi," meaning a "falling" or "swooping eagle," which aptly captures its radiant presence. It's one of the brightest stars in our night sky and holds a special place in many cultures.
