1. Flavours of Lapland - plate 65 € for 2 persons (prepared for a minimum of two)

Cold-smoked reindeer, warm-smoked reindeer, reindeer salami, dried meat, salted whitefish with rye bread, cold-smoked salmon with rye bread, roe and sour cream, rye bread and butter.

2. Reindeer roasting - menu 55 € / 1 person

Appetizer: Tunturi salad (green salad, smoked reindeer, bread cheese, jammed red onion)

Main course: Traditional reindeer roast, served with mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam and

pickled cucumbers.

Dessert: Cloudberry puree and whipped cream

(The menu can also be veganized, with green salad, stir-fried Härkis (fava bean protein), dairy-free mashed potatoes, and whipped oat cream.)

3. Seasonal fish – menu 55 € / 1 person

Apppetizer: Forest mushroom soup

Main course: Whitefish: arctic char or pikeperch fillet according to the fisherman's catch, mashed

lemon potatoes and honey root vegetables.

Dessert: Bread cheese and jams

4. Roast beef – menu 65 € / 1 person

Appetizer: Smoked reindeer soup

Main course: Reindeer roast beef, cream potatoes, mushroom stew and lingonberry jam. Served medium.

Dessert: Lapland panna cotta, cloudberry jam and cranberries

5. Tunturi salad - 17 € / 1 portion

Salad mix with peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, cold smoked reindeer, bread cheese, jammed red onion and rye bread.

6. Smoked salmon pasta 22 € / 1 portion

Gnocchi pasta with creamy smoked salmon sauce.

7. Smoked reindeer burger and fingerling fries 25 € / 1 portion

120g beef patty, smoked reindeer flakes, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, salad dressing, caramelized red onions, lingonberry, and brioche bun.
