1. Flavours of Lapland - plate 65 € for 2 persons
(prepared for a minimum of two)

Cold-smoked reindeer, warm-smoked reindeer, reindeer salami, dried meat, salted whitefish with rye bread, cold-smoked salmon with rye bread, roe and sour cream, rye bread and butter.

A round table set for a meal with a charcuterie board, glasses of red wine, and decorative greenery.

2. Reindeer roasting - menu 55 € / 1 person

To be ordered the day before!

Appetizer: Tunturi salad (green salad, smoked reindeer, bread cheese, jammed red onion)

Main course: Traditional reindeer roast, served with mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam and

pickled cucumbers.

Dessert: Cloudberry puree and whipped cream

(The menu can also be veganized, with green salad, stir-fried Härkis (fava bean protein), dairy-free mashed potatoes, and whipped oat cream.)

Main course: Whitefish: arctic char or pikeperch fillet according to the fisherman's catch, mashed

lemon potatoes and honey root vegetables.

Dessert: Bread cheese and jams

Plate with mashed potatoes, grilled chicken breast with sauce, and seasoned vegetables; bowl of creamy soup garnished with parsley; small plate with a slice of flatbread and curry sauce; black table with silverware on a patterned napkin.

4. Roast beef – menu 65 € / 1 perso

To be ordered the day before!

Appetizer: Smoked reindeer soup

Main course: Reindeer roast beef, cream potatoes, mushroom stew and lingonberry jam. Served medium.

Dessert: Lapland panna cotta, cloudberry jam and cranberries

Plate with sliced steak, mashed potatoes, and mushroom gravy, served with creamy mushroom sauce. Soup with parsley garnish, a glass of red wine, and a set of silverware on a black and white napkin. Black table surface.

6. PASTAS 22 € / 1 portion

Vegetable steak, (cheddar cheese), salad, pickle, tomato, pickled red onion, brioche bun

CHEESE BURGER
Finnish 100% beef steak, cheddar cheese, delicious mayonnaise, salad, pickles, tomato, marinated red onion, brioche bun

FISH BURGER
Jeris’ pike patty, cucumber mayo, lettuce, pickled cucumber, tomato, marinated red onion, brioche bun
