PEAT TREATMENT
Duration 60 min / 90 min
Warm therapeutic peat is applied and left to work for approximately 20–30 minutes. During this time, you can choose between a head massage or a drumming relaxation. The peat is then removed using warm, moist towels.
Afterwards, you will receive a gentle cupping massage and oil massage to support muscle relaxation and improve blood circulation. The treatment concludes with a calming cup of tea prepared with Nordic herbs
